When remuneration is not awarded

Partner remuneration is not paid if:

• The user canceled their order before the check-out date.

• The user paid for the booking or tickets after clicking through from a prohibited (unwanted) traffic source.

• The user went to the coupon or promocode aggregator to get a discont for payment.

• The partner used cookie stuffing methods to receive remuneration.

• The user applied a promo code that is assigned to another partner or this promo code is used by another traffic source.

You can see the reason for the cancellation in the partner program interface.
